Martin has worked in the property sector since joining Winters in 2003. He initially worked in Residential and Commercial Property Management, before moving over to Student Accommodation Letting and Management in 2010.

He has also been heavily involved in Business Development, tendering for new projects in both Property Management and Student Accommodation depts and has played a key role in growing the student portfolio from 3 sites in 2010 to the 12 being managed today. Martin holds a B.Comm from NUIG, is licensed by the PSR and is an active member of ASRA Ireland.
