First Year Student: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. First year applicants must notify us VIA EMAIL no later than 3 days from when the First Round Offers (CAO Offer Day is Day One) are made if they wish to cancel their booking. Cancellation after the 3rd day will result in a Total Loss of Deposit. Any 1st Year
2ND/3RD/4TH/POST GRAD Students:
Rebookers – your deposit is carried forward into 2020/2021 but should you cancel prior to 30th July 2021 then a full refund will apply pending final inspection. Cancellation after this date will result in a Total Loss of Deposit.
New Students – Should you cancel prior to 30th July 2021 a full refund will apply. Cancellation after this date will result in a Total Loss of Deposit.
Cancellation of bookings received from 1st July 2021 once deposit is paid will result in Total Loss of Deposit.
